MASTERING SELECTION, OPERATION & MAINTENANCE OF PUMPS

Total 42+ years of industrial experiences in India, Malaysia, Germany and other global partners.A major part of my career involved working as the Head of Maintenance & Reliability of Rotary machines in Petrochemical & Hydrocarbon industries (Petronas’ Petrochemical plant at Malaysia, Reliance Industries, IPCL plant, Maharashtra). Conducted training programs on Skill & Competency developments for major groups namely Top FMCG Companies, Hindalco group of Industries, Power plant, Oil & gas, Steel plant, Petrochemical, Sugar, Cement, and Engineering, Metal and Mining, Engg  Project company (EPC) industries,Engineering Institution etc.

I was involved in implementing and practicing Reliability Centered Maintenance practices.

My current job profile includes translating and publishing the experiences of over the last three decades in the field of equipment reliability, productive maintenance, audit, HAZAP related with Hydrocarbo industry and disaster management.In addition,I have had a passion for technical training as a Trainer.I served as an Assistant Professor at Pillai College of Engineering,India (affiliated.University of Mumbai) wherein I engaged in developing the skills and competencies of budding and young engineers.These skills are aligned with Best Maintenance Practices of Rotary machines.In my career,for over 18 overs I have been working alongside as a Technical Trainer and also worked in Consultancy and Training in area
of Selection, Maintenance, Condition- monitoring, Reliability and troubleshooting of machines in various industries such as Pump, Compressor, Turbine,  IC Engines, Agitator, Blower, Gear box, Bearing, Hydraulics system etc.Additionally, I serve as a visiting faculty as a Technical Trainer/Consultant to premier multi-national training centres at companies such as SKF Training Centers, Reliance Industries Private Ltd, Bunge, SKF, L&T.
